I doubt they'll be allowed the same time & space.
I have a feeling they will be tonight, the past couple of times we have played them - the 0-0 draws at the Bridge - Arsenal have come off the back of a thrashing at Anfield and being dumped out the cup at Forest. On both occasions Arsenal have gone against their usual philosophy the following game and shut up shop. Tonight they are following on from hammering Palace and need to go for it.

Super start. Great combination between Pedro and Hazard.

Not wishing to tempt fate that's the best I've seen from Bakayoko.

I think the game changed once Willian had to go off tonight but I have no idea why we pay so much respect to Arsenal, first 10 we went and them and caused all sorts of problems.

The 2 goals conceded told everyone who was going to win that. Couldn't believe how lucky both were! Would be Xhaka as well who was dreadful!

We seem to be slightly lacking and ran out of steam. On the plus side

  1. Bakayoko looked decent
  2. Barclay played well considering how long he's been out
  3. Don't have to go to Wembley
  4. Wenger might get a new job, not that Arsenal are easy games for us anymore

They are terrible, aren't they. Rafa's level is the Championship.

Any team that allows Bats to score is rock bottom.

Bats was lucky today. Gotta be in the right spot, yeah, but lots of loose passes. Was better after his lucky goals. Alonsos kick was delightful though

He seems to always score ( fker ) Conte obviously does not trust him for one reason or another.

Brought back some memories for Spurs fans. The opposition know what's coming, but stopping it is another matter.

And we ended the game with two 17 year olds on the pitch. It's our only realistic hope of a trophy, and with both Liverpool and Arsenal already out we really need to go for this. Now watch us draw City or United in the next round.........

The first time a premiership team have had 2 players born in the 21stC on the pitch.....so I'm told.

We've got some promising young players. Christensen looks class and Ampadu has potential.

Still, you can't win anything with kids.

Ampadu in that little cameo was very impressive. The pass to Pedro was Fabregasesque .... and if you watched when he didn't have the ball he was constantly moving to space & asking for the ball. Certainly doesn't lack confidence,

Carroll, Crouch, Lorente, Giroud.

We now only buy end of line stock from TK Maxx.

I’d happily have Giroud at Spurs, you’re welcome to Llorente. Couldn’t believe you chaps were in for Carroll or Crouch. WTF is that about?!?
