The Official Chelsea Thread [Vol 3]
Discussion
This chant is heard home and away every week. I admit to singing it when at the ground...but not the part where the y-word is used, which seems to have been the case for a lot of fans around me as well, certainly in the last 2-3 years. For non-Chelsea fans on here, the rest of the song is not linked to any form of anti-semitism.
It isn't acceptable to use the word and the club/police should, as per Twig's suggestion, introduce measures to remove those who do.
My only gripe is the press could have reported this particular chant at any time over the last few years to drive out the use of that word but choose now. They obviously had no interest in action before. Go figure.

Some fans who were there are saying it's total nonsense. And no anti-Semitic songs were sung at all last night. They're surprised by the allegations.
However, I do know there are elements that do sing these songs.

Do you think Spurs fans should get in trouble for using 'that' term too?
Who did you used to be?

Some Chelsea fans on twitter are saying it wasn't sung last night, that's all. I know the term is used. I've heard it myself at the Bridge before and away games.

On current form we've no chance; huffed and puffed our way past Bournemouth at home. Stats much better, yes, but we're nothing like as clinical as we should be in front of goal
