If a player plays 38 games but only has one scoring 'chance' all season and scores, what are his figures? Are they the same a a player that only plays one game in a season and scores from one chance?

Is a player better if they score once per game From only one chance, or is a player better if they have 12 chances but only score once?

These stats confuse me.
Total conversion rate would be 100% but rate per 90mins would be pants.

I would've said Finnan, Carra, Sami and Stevie, who's the fifth?
I had Riise and Luis Garcia.
Me too.

West Brom FA Cup tickets now on general sale if anyone struggles to get hold of them for normal games
Thanks, would have missed this otherwise.

Booked 5 x tickets to take the kids up with me, one row in front of the restricted view seats (I am block 129 row 33 - only place I could get seated together), so fingers crossed they are OK - just looked at a youtube post from row 35 which didn't look great but then 5 x tickets cost be £95 so you can't grumble - it was £85 per ticket to watch us at the Emirates just before Christmas!

I was lucky enough to get kop end tickets for the derby on the 10th Dec, went to the Arsenal game on the 22nd Dec and this one now next week - and despite living 10 min from there, the one game I couldn't get a ticket for lover nor money was down here at Bournemouth!

That sounds pretty awful...he needs 20 chances to score 1 goal?!

I just think 1 goal from every 4 chances isn't that lethal - statistically you could see a defender thinking "he has a 1 in 4 chance of scoring here". Obviously its not quite like that but it doesn't sound all that.
Agree, but that's just how it is. You should see Kane's stats, 18 goals from.......130 shots!
This must pale in comparison to natural goalscorers like Rush, Fowler, Torres, etc.

Looks like we will need to win on Monday. Arsenal already 4-0 up after 21 min, and Chelsea had 4 earlier.

Yea, Chelsea are keeping the pressure on.

Even our feeder club, Arsenal, are doing well.

Likewise, can't see who the fifth might be ?

I’d have Garcia back, but granted he wouldn’t get in over our current AMs.

So Karius will be number 1 for the ‘foreseeable future’. I can’t say he warranted that after his recent performances. Surely Mings is a safer option at this point of the season.

Eh? I know he played against Man City and there’s been a discussion about him retaining the spot (before everyone started talking about United for 2/3 pages), but Klopps confirmed he’s going for a clear number 1 GK this weekend.

They'd have won the league by now if Poch just had a Plan B.
