Between the Irish republican element and the ScotNat faction they're not exactly big fans of England. Somewhat pertinent I'm writing this on Remembrance Day, don't expect any silences to be observed if you let them anywhere near.

In answer to the OP, strictly mid table. They'd soon see that relative to the really big boys they're nothing but the biggest fish in a stty wee pond. And even that's temporary.

Overhyped, overpaid league full of muck, clubs of great tradition are now lost in the EPL, stadiums full of tourists and the prawn sandwich brigade, with genuine football fans suffering, Others with no history but plenty of oil money seem to be doing ok though.... No thank you. HH

This thread is about Celtic.

No wonder Rangers fans are always banging on about how Celtic fans are obsessed.
I was replying to a derogatory post about Celtic success being temporary and I was pointing out a few home truths to them!
Are you from the same sinking rat ship?

What you've got to understand is that when talking about Scottish football it's ALL about the Rangers.

What does that actually mean? MK Dons or AFC Wimbledon aren't in the EPL. The clubs in the EPL have mostly been around 100 yrs +. Obviously some longer than others. I think Stoke City are the current PL club with the most history.

Irony meter has gone right off the scale.

On every single opportunity you have to say something negative about Celtic you will. It's no surprise that you're here again.

All your tripe was done to the death in the Celtic thread.

Speaking as a Celtic fan, personally I wouldn't want to see Celtic or Sevco in England. They're scottish teams and should be playing in Scotland.

The Scottish FA continually drop the ball with the Premier League in Scotland. 12 teams, let them play each other, then split the league in half towards the end of the season? It's happened before that 7th placed team has scored more points than 6th placed team, but won't finish higher than 7th due to the split!

They should condense the Scottish league pyramid in to two leagues of 20/22. Redistribute the money more fairly, concentrate on youth players which in turn would pay dividends to the national side.

Also, regarding rememberance Sunday, it's up to the individual to remember whoever they want on that day and they have the right to chose to wear a poppy. No one has the right to force or demand anyone wears a poppy or remember the dead.

The comparison was against the Premier League and not the biggest cheats in European Football.

PSG would win the Premier League with ease.

Psg are no bigger cheats than Chelsea or city.

A cheat is a cheat and they all fall into that category.

Man City and Chelsea haven't got a £200m player or a £150m player on loan until the money has to be paid.

They also play in the English league where the TV money is stupidly beyond the amount of people interested.

PSG have invested so much that it's widely reported their manager will be sacked if they don't win the Champions League.

That's beyond the ambitions of most English Clubs being satisfied reaching the last 16.

I'm sure I've watched a weaker PSG team knock out the best English teams in recent years. Didn't Chelsea hardly contribute not so long ago in France?

Wrong

According to the Sunday Post and BBC Scotland there are two teams

The reporting bias up there is more bigotted than both sets of their suppoerters put together

Rather like ManU down here

The teams with the biggest support sell most papers and get most internet hits shocker.

That's part of the reason media outlets paper over the fact Rangers were liquidated. They were happy to tell us the facts when it sold papers. Now it didn't really happen.

What a disaster for Celtic. Utterly humiliated by PSG. Perhaps just as well they don't join the EPL, lol.
