Featured in 911 & PW a couple of months ago.

You have to wonder why.

Shocking

Forgetting this disaster for a minute. Am I the only one that thinks electric is not the way forward?

Haha Hellcat ... you know I like petrol and a lot of noise ........ but we have an X as well and sadly it is the future of town driving .... my poor V12 never gets driven as I always opt for the 12 V .

Waste, shocking, its only a old 911,was worth nout a couple of years ago,a car rescued from the scrap yard.
The quality of the conversion is amazing, quicker than a lot of cars and costs not so much to run compared to a classic 911.The beetle conversion is as good, and can leave a layer of rubber down on accelartion.
Hunter the all electric 991 version 3 will be as good as the tesla, may be not so versatile with kids etc,but will come with a cassette player so you can play the 996 sound track.😅🏁

I have a more relaxed view on this subject, it seems.

I find it great that people like him exist who shed an all new light onto those old cars!
Yes, putting an electric engine in an old car takes 90% away of everything we find great.
But it adds new things to the sensation of driving it.

Would I want an electric classic car? Probably not.
Would I want an electric sports car? No
Would I want an electric everyday car? Sure, why not.
Is the electric car the future? IMO for white goods car it is, yes.

Its none of our business ofcourse, as a personal project anyone can do whatever they want with their cars smile customization is a personal taste.

Design-wise, looks like one of those hidious post-modern buildings. Just put a bloody greek feature there so it resembles something from the past.

Again, what tesla is actually doing a bit pastiche? Rather than designing something truly different from EV tech, as a new car body-skin, mostly adapting usual ICE car body types not much different than a classic porsche body with EV

There are a number of cars which would make sense as electric cars.

Cars which look good, but are slow, unreliable or complete glass guzzlers. Or those which have some classic appeal.

- Beetle (some would miss the sound)
- VW Camper Van
- Karman Ghia
- Golf Mk4
- Volvo Estates
- Spitfire

Making an 3.2 Careers is pointless as it's all about the sound and smell of the flat 6.
