The players who need a performance; Smalling, Shaw (in the main), Herrera have all performed. The big name players; Pogba, Lukaku etc have been woeful.

Good start by Sanchez!

Spurs soaked up the pressure and were absolutely clinical.

Cant really blame Jose here. Team letting him down again big time. Shambles.

I mean, the similarities between what is happening at Utd now and what happened at Chelsea are uncanny.

If I was a UTD fan and you lose this I think this would be my "fk off and don't let the door hit you on the arse" moment.

I used to fear United, not these days. You know a team is fked when plan b is Fellaini.

God I love seeing Utd suffer.

The guy tries, which is a lot more than can be said for a lot of the others. It even sort of works sometimes too!

Not pretty though!

How many of UTDs 1st team would get in Spurs, Citys, Liverpool's or Chelsea's - very very few I would imagine

I said outside the top 4 and I still stand by it - 6 behind Spurs, Chelsea and Liverpool already.

Shaw has really been the only 1 who can properly hold his head up high, others shocking this half.

Pogba, de Gea for sure

The trouble is the atmosphere is rotten there. It’s a shame, the teams Utd used to put out and the way they played was brilliant. Spurs vs Man Utd back in the day was end to end. We lost most but the game was great. I’m honestly sad to see the state of them.

15:37 today, my prediction for tonight. I guess I just got it wrong and should’ve said the second half and was naive to think we’d score! Other than that not too bad.

Gavia said:
I think we’ll lose.

We’ll try to start positively, but Spurs will go at us hard early on and probably score inside the first 10 minutes. That will destroy our confidence and we’ll gradually become less and less cohesive, Spurs will pick us off with pace on the break. We’ll score a consolation goal late on.

3-1 to Spurs.

This thread will be full of Spuddies getting all giddy and announcing they’ve won the league already.
That was pathetic.

Lukaku, nowhere near good enough, he’s missed two or three gilt edged chances that could’ve changed the game. The ball was taken off him with ease by the Spurs defence far too often as well. Kane took his clinically, as did Moura for both his goals.

Pogba - ste

Defence - both CBs were SAF signings. Where’s the progress from the Mourinho signings?

Time for Mourinho to go.

One last thing, if you do score against us, then go again, as we’ll conceded another almost immediately.

Effectively yes for the PL.

Diabolical.
Nonsense selection, formation and tactics. The players mostly tried their best, but they’re being managed by an ego-maniac on the edge of a breakdown.
