Exactly this, you guys have never spent a lot on transfers or wages and you’re not going to start now that you have a stadium to pay for.

Still, promising that Levy is finally sticking with one manager for the time being.

Right that's the manager sorted for a few more months, what about this stadium surely they should let us know when it'll be ready.

It just means that if Zidane gets sacked on Saturday night Spurs will get more money in compensation should Poch get offered the job. If not then he's got himself a nice pay rise smile

With what Zidane has achieved I can't see them getting rid. Even if a miracle happens and the Dippers win.

Nothing surprises me nowadays.

No, Mickk's posts surprise me. Nothing else does.

Am I the only one that doesn't want us to spunk big cash for the sake of it? We've had far more luck with our younger and cheaper signings than our big buck ones.

If we become a cash happy club then that makes us no better than the douchbag teams around us.

Plus, we'd only ever buy another Sissoko.

Nope. His time had gone. He doesn't Poch's player profile.

It's all relative. Compare your wage bill (including bonuses as that seems to be where a lot of the pay comes from) and many other clubs will call you the cash happy club. Yes, less than some others, but it depends where you compare from.

To be fair you'd expect managers at the top of the league to be earning more than managers at mid table teams.

A fair point, well made. Apparently, only Pep and the grumpy one get paid more and they finished above us.....

I assume then that the players will use Poch's salary as a benchmark when negotiating their next contract.
