He is looking very sharp, linked up great with Naby last night too -
I would be astounded if we kept him though, 3 years klopp has had him and never fancies him for his team - cant suddenly see that changing.
He's just never been consistent enough - both his fitness and his level of play when he is fit.I would be astounded if we kept him though, 3 years klopp has had him and never fancies him for his team - cant suddenly see that changing.
Shame, as he's clearly got a lot of natural ability.

For those of you who still have not really watched Kieta much watch this
Everything on this clip will tell you what you need to know about him as a player
Loves to get the ball and run and a back 4, commit player, knocking challenge the opposition, quick 1 two's
Such an exciting player
Looks like he will do very well against teams that come onto us. It will be interesting to see how we do against the 10 men behind the ball teams that generally we struggled against last season. Looks like the squad is even more set up for moving the ball/ pushing on quickly when we have space than it was last year. For those of you who still have not really watched Kieta much watch this

True but when in posession one of the midfield always pushes higher into an almost 10 role. Ox was really making a difference in this position so his absence this year is a big blow. I think we have to add depth but also versatility here. If not Fekir then someone like him.
Lallana and shaquiri right now could do that role as well as kietatype-r said:
Anyone have a list of the squad that is leaving fot the USA tour today? Can't seem to find any details anywhere.
Any interesting omissions? Origi? Markovic?
LFC tour squad: Karius, Clyne, Fabinho, Van Dijk, Wijnaldum, Milner, Keita, Mane, Salah, Gomez, Sturridge, Grujic, Klavan, Moreno, Lallana, Shaqiri, Robertson, Origi, Solanke, Matip, Phillips, Jones, Markovic, Ojo, Woodburn, Kelleher, Camacho, Chirivella, Grabara.Any interesting omissions? Origi? Markovic?
No Danny Ings, who is set to move on. Xherdan Shaqiri will link up with the squad for second leg in New Jersey.
Thanks. Good mix.
Wasn't Markovic left at home last time? Quite a few entering the final year of their contracts - Klavan, Moreno, Sturridge, Markovic. I would imagine they will be showcased for potential sales along with Origi and Mings when he is back. A lot of the other youngsters for loan deals too. Hopefully another one or two can break through this year but it will be very hard. Kent looked promising last year during pre-season.

This brings confidence for sure. Seen a few of them. You tube videos and not particularly seen much to justify that price tag and rep. in all honesty. Looking forward to seeing what he's about.Mings linked with Barca for some reason. Back up maybe. Wish him look where ever he goes.
Will Karius be happy on the bench or be the cup competition keeper? He wasn't happy being second option behind Mings.
As it stands we've obviously got to be strong contenders. To compete we've really got to hit the ground running. I thought this was the season Aguero was on the way out the door also, if so, good news for all surrounding teams.
It's hard not to get overly exited about this season. Saying that it's a massive blow with the Ox, quickly becoming a fans favourite. Time will tell if we miss him due to more midfield injuries throughout the season. Maybe Markovic is actually an option to keep.
