Tbh he's right. If you don't win something this year with the amount you've spent, you'll have underachieved.

We've underachieved since I was my son's age, do I want the title? Of course I do, but I'm ok if we don't win it this year, or the year after, etc.

As long as I'm alive to see it again one day, I'll be happy!

I think Jose's having a laugh again. In 2016 after buying Pogba, the Utd squad was the most expensive squad in the history of football, costing over £600m. Take no notice, most people don't these days.

£20m is a decent deal for a player that we paid £6.5m for and he only played 14 games (unfortunately, would have liked to see him do a season for us).

We have to give Burnley 20% so £16m or £9.5m profit or about £628,000 a game.

Christian Pulisic has stopped contract renewal talks with Dortmund. #LFC and Chelsea are interested. As his contract ends in 2020, BVB would like to maximise their profit and could sell this Summer. They'd want €70m/£60m.
