Shirley, you have no other option?
There's still other games left..

Which is why I can't understand manu supporters wanting to loose.

I could never bring myself to support a team and want them to loose, manu could miss out on Europe and city could still drop points.
I won't be cheering them on tonight. I'll watch the game and see what happens.

They're utterly ste though, so I think their fans will get what they want, regardless laugh

Season-defining game tonight! And we're not even playing.
Funny that it's the Manchester Derby and it's all about us wink

I actually think the City game against Burnley has a higher chance of working for us than the match tonight

Well I will be. Won’t be in the stands or buying a Fred shirt but will be cheering their useless bunch of overpaid fannies on to get something out the game.

But yes I am not too hopeful unless Fergie takes control for one day

I make you right, remember when spurs went there with the league in their own hands...

The league was never in Spurs own hands.

Burnley or Leicester would be my choice for causing an upset rather than relying on the dirty Mancs.

I'll cheer if they take the lead and I'll cheer if they win. I won't be cheering on them per se but the implications to our title fight.

I suspect there will be a lot of shower usage come 10pm tonight.

Can't see Utd getting a result tonight at all - I also thought Burnley perhaps would get a draw.

Back in the 90s when Utd and Blackburn were competing for the title and Blackburn came to Anfield on the final day with King Kenny at the helm - Utd needed to beat West Ham and for us to beat Blackburn (or possibly just draw, can't remember) for them to climb above Blackburn and lift the title - and all the talk then was "Liverpool won't do Utd any favours, they'll roll over and die, rather than see Utd win". People seriously were saying we'd throw the game.

We won 2-1.

Utd drew 0-0 at West Ham. Kenny won the title at Anfield.

Utd won't be thinking about Liverpool tonight, although some of their sad fans clearly do.

Won't be cheering them on but will definitely cheer the result if we get one.

Is KDB injured again?

I was at the wrong end to really see what was going on and didn't have Sky as a kid, so not really seen very much since, but the atmosphere was mad when we found out the score!

I've not been to many games, but I was at that one, the first 4-3 against Newcastle and 3-0 against Villa when Fowler scored that goal and we were 3-0 up after 5 minutes. There was a 3-1 against Arsenal and a 5-0 against Leeds too.

I'd say I should go more often as I'm obviously a lucky charm, but I read yesterday that we're 38 games unbeaten at Anfield, so I'll wait a bit longer yet.

Put $20 on Man City to win 5-0 at 50/1. Figure if they're going to win might as well ease the pain with a few $.

As a Utd fan, it makes no odds to me who wins the league if Utd don't win it.

If a team wins the league, they deserve to win it, i don't buy into the hatred of other clubs just because they've been successful before or were enemies in the past etc.

I know LFC fans want Utd to win tonight, but being a realist, we've been horrendous this season, City have a lot of quality all over the pitch & have got to where they are without their best player for the most part of the season, i really cannot see us causing an upset & beating them tonight.

I think City will win comfortably & without even getting out of second gear!

One thing i won't be doing is cheering City on so LFC have a better shot at the league title, that's just ridiculous.

The best chance we have of winning is playing the 'B' team as some of the Utd fans have said (same team as PSG away), as these guys seem to be the players that actually want to put a shift in for the manager.

Realistically, City to win 2-0 or 2-1.

Not sure if I will bother to cheer United on tonight. I’ll be supporting them, but know they’ll be so crap it will just be a massive disappointment when they get smashed and most of the title hope goes with it.
