Ever since Mike Summerbee sat with me for 3 hours in Withington hospital in 1969 I have been a City fan.
I loved every minute of yesterday, I wanted a 7th goal.
I was a little miffed when halfway through the first half there was a car beep outside , my wife wanting the shopping carried in, I thought a 15 minute pause would be ok, I can fast forward halftime then, also gave me time to get more beer from the shed.
In fairness she did go and get me a spicy pizza for the 2nd half.
Even flashed me her ‘FA cups’
Fabulous afternoon.

Actually City have been caught using an agent to prise away a promising youth player from another team. Which just happens to be Watford... Sancho was the player.
Sure, no different to a lot of other clubs. My point is though that the argument of only allowing wealth through being an established historical club is just people wanting no change to the established order.

You do mean Watford i take it.
Yes. I guess that's the point of many of the Man City games. They are so far ahead you forget who they are playing.
.
The tap water must be a tad bitter in Liverpool this morning.
Well,
For a lot of fans it would have been the Greatest day, winning the treble like that.
Watford played really well and we needed a little Patience.
Unfortunately for them there was a Flood of goals.
All they could do was Pray really.
It’s a day we’ll Never forget but it was a day when City really did Shine.
It was great to see Vinnie and even though I know he won’t be at the Back for good, I hope he has at least another season.
Its like we Rule the world
Incidentally Take That were excellent although there was a certain smell of HRT around the place.

Whatca Top, top bloke though.Magnificent football, yet more records broken on the way to an unprecedented domestic clean sweep including back to back titles, a goal fest of an FA cup final, 163 goals scored in all competitions.
Of course the bitc*es are moaning, its not fair that their club was not good enough, its obviously just the amount of money City spent on players that beat their club. But then explain how Leicester beat all those far richer clubs (Including City) to the title not that long ago ;0).
Pep has put together a team that is better than theirs, his tactics are better, the spirit in the team is better. If you like football they are a joy to watch.

You know, I kinda wanted Liverpool to win the CL because they’ve been so good this season but I’ve just been reading their thread and there’s to many on there who, despite not having seen all the facts ior understood them (who really has, including UEFA) are very quick to find us guilty and are very bitter about the situation. It’s no wonder Liverpool fans get the criticism they do (although there are some decent ones who post here )
If there’s been a breach of the rules then there has to be punishment after a fair “trial”. Until then City are innocent and have certainly presented a strong defence.
Despite all this, the team are, with out doubt, the greatest PL team ever. No doubt with the nature of football, this won’t last for ever, but for the time being I’m loving the style of football we play and what it brings.
