Everton apparently asking to take Smalling on loan and have had a firm knockback according to BBC footy
So just to clarify....

Harry
Lindlof
Smalling
Jones
Rojo
Tuanzebe

That’s a lot of centre-backs.
We don’t want loans! We want em out!!!!

Harry and Linda will be first choice unless ole goes 5 at the back!

Had Bailly not been crocked I think we’d have let Smalling go.

Good. He will not be missed.

Surely any team misses goals and assits
Alot on young shoulders in Rashford, Martial, and the young lad to get goals like Lukaku did

Rashford has the potential he just seems to go missing for a couple months at a time then blasts a few in a short space? You guys will know more than me, that's just how I see it looking in

77m incoming for Lukaku seems great business. A season without him and use the young lads, then if need be spend big on a midfielder and/or proven attacker for season after. Sanchez will be gone if he doesn't come good, and we have 3 centre backs we can sell loan or whatever. OGS reportedly keen on Smalling staying put long term as part of a back 3 options list.

Thanks as ever for the concern mate wink

Lukaku was a José signing and his rapist like first touch and poor fitness doesn’t fit in with Ole’s plan.

From the inside looking out, jose’s Persistence with him instead of martial and Rash was one of the many reasons that did for him. Blowing out of his arse after one sprint, bulked up for Belgium’s World Cup campaign to the detriment of United. He can fk off.

Martial, Rashford and Greenwood will do for me, if we pull off a Henrik Larsson type deal for an experienced forward short term even better but if not I’m happy with what we’ve got.

Ole is not here as a quick fix. He’s restoring what we’ve lost under Jose, moyes and LVG.

Our kids over the next few years are going to be very special.

Well said sir. Mason Greenwood at some point will become the next big thing. A modern Rooney without the potato face perhaps.

I think that's the only transfer, in or out, that we'll do before the window closes.

Remove the 1st line and thanks for the reply, we can have chats about other teams without it being anything other than a chat. At no point was I wumming I just like to know about other teams as well as my own..
You have another poster on here who's a utd fan who has said similar so it's not about concern its just a point to discuss...

Bailley is a long term injury and will come good eventually if allowed to.
Jones
Rojo
Darmian
Young
Once they've gone/left then perhaps Tuanzabe can get a look in too.

I was in the pub on Sunday watching the cricket and this drunk Aussie came over to our table, started blabbering on about the Ashes and England, obviously non of us wanted to talk to him

Politely asked him to leave us alone and he said 'Its a free house, the landlord has said I can do what I want'

We explained that's as maybe but we wouldn't be engaging him or remotely polite to him as we'd tried a couple of times to get him to leave us alone

Still he blathered on and on, we got ruder and ruder and then he got all upset, why didn't we like him, why we we accusing him of having an agenda

Was most odd

Trouble is, they're fking everywhere, just when you think you are safe the annoying accent appears and sets your teeth on edge

If Ole chooses Smalling in a back 3 over Tuanzebe then he needs his head looking at!

Think that’s us done for the summer tbh and whilst it’s disappointing we’ve not got a midfielder in, it’s not been a bad window and we’ve strengthened in an area that’s long long overdue. We’ve got some immense youth talent about to break through so will just have to see how they go. I for one am feeling optimistic about the season ahead smile

I think OGS has tuanzabe as his long term plan but yes he's stopped him going put on loan for the right reasons .
At least we can rest the good defenders in the league cup games !

I won’t be removing the first line and I don’t need your thanks. This is the United thread.

There'll be a big reduction in takings at local kebab and fried chicken joints.
