Awesome performance.

Genuine question: is Rashford maybe best off the bench? His strengths shine when he has space, once the game has opened up a bit.
Exactly what was just discussed by Scholesy and Lineaker thumbup

Hope we don't get a bout of players going down just as they are finding their feet.

All round smashing performances. Very impressed with Pogba’s work ethic and DVB’s looking more like a potential Scholesey with every touch he gets in his limited playing time so far.
Brilliant finish by Cavani, shame the good positioning by their defender caused the offside.
Hope we can perform at our best against the Arse.

Oh, I forgot - I agree with this kid:

Match rules question here: Rashford's first goal was deemed initially to be offside but the commentator said that he was in his own half. Is there some rule that you can't be offside in your own half?

Yes. The rule is you cannot be off side in your own half.

Come on, mate - I knew this when I was 10. Only way I ever scored on the break!

That has been the rule since the early days of football.

All the usual suspects long gone.. Don't worry, a couple of bad results or a dodgy var in our favour and they'll be back :-)
I'm hoping Ajax somehow manage to get out of their group so we might beat them again while eyeing up the next up and coming player we want off them :-)

Was hilarious reading some of the comments on various man Utd media supporter threads in recent weeks about Ole needing the sack for buying VDB and not using him, and for benching/ not benching pogba. Ole is no Fergie or Shankly obviously but he's at least got the bottle to shake things up at times but to also stick by players going through rough times. (Ala Fergie)
He also got unfair stick for pre season transfer dealings, when you look at it he actually did what a lot asked that we didn't pay top whack for Sancho and also signed some younger talent.
Regardless of this season I'm quite happy that we seem to be still moving forward in many aspects.

The DvB comments have bene hilarious

Klopp gets praise for buying players and slowly integrating them into the team, Ole gets battered for doing the same

Its disappointing that so often its our own fans doing it though
