Their keeper has just missed a free header from 7 yards in the 92nd...hopefully that's their last attack of the game.
Game over
Edit:
@2 mins, looks like outer shoulder (but within the "sleeve") And accidental
(Highlights)

Some hit from McNeil, too. That's the player I was hoping to see when he bagged 2 in a pre season friendly

We should be two or three up now!
And very dubious VAR decision
Our 2nd, chalked off for handball? I thought accidental handball was allowed when attacking, but not when defending. And very dubious VAR decision

Handball before scoring
The second change is on accidental handball in the immediate build-up to a goal.
If an attacking player’s accidental handball immediately precedes another player scoring, the goal will now be awarded, when last season it was likely to have been ruled out.
However, a player will still be penalised if he commits an accidental handball immediately before scoring himself

Managed to pick up some highlights last night, we seemed pretty good value for the win. Hopefully we can pick up some more unexpected points along the way.
Shame Bournemouth won yesterday really, otherwise the other results went mostly our way. Palace's next 2 games are Brighton and arsenal, so they'll be in the relegation mix for sure

So will DCL be back for Chelsea?
You'd like to think so. I've repeatedly said I don't understand it, he should be ultra fit generally (and specifically working on weights and upper body strength over the I'm almost getting the impression Dyche wants the team to win by hard work and teamwork, and that he views having a AA striker as a bit of a cheat, and he'll persevere with making 20 chances, scoring 1 and then defending. Which is perhaps a bit unfair -but weve won 75% of our Dyche home games 1-0 (nb - we didnt stop attacking at 1-0...) with Villa being the outlier (DCL could have had a hat trick if he had been fit)
Given all of that, I reckon hell be on the bench...
I think the Gordon money will join the Arteta money. We were never going to spend it. We'd make silly offers for players knowing they'll be rejected, but we're skint and building a new stadium.
Regardless of which league we're in next season, we'll be making loan offers and loans with obligations to buy to push the cost in to another year.

Say what you want about the club on the pitch, but they are brilliant at this type of fan engagement.
