The BBC were being very odd about it on Radio 4.

Seemed far keener to avoid labelling this as terrorism than if a Muslim guy had gone and shot eight ethnic Germans.

Almost like "white people can't be terrorists!". It was the same with the Norwegian guy, Anders Breivik (SP): "he can't be a terrorist, maybe he's mentally ill!"

I'm sure things will become clearer over time. But "far-right" and "extreme-right" are still right-wing aren't they? The same way lots of far-left views aren't espoused by most left-wing people.

The shisha bars over here seem to attract trouble as well. Although it’s not usually a drive by shooting which seems more random.

Doubt it’s terrorism as some nutter after their virgins would want to be shot, some nutter desperate to encourage racial hatred would want their time in court (or on Twitter/Brits it seems).
