Does it matter? Do we only do what others do?
Have you always been so Negative.

Compare Ole’s record to any other managers first period in time and he’s done pretty good.

And then some will say it’s not comparable... so then wtf is comparable

I’m on the fence and yes we could have got a more proven experienced manager but we havent so we need to back him while he’s here long or short term

Liking the look of that team. Hopefully VDB will price he’s a first teamed and Axel continues to impress!

Well said.

Get behind the team and manager and show your support like fans of many clubs have to do in tough times.

I loved him as a player. I don’t think he’s management material, or at least not good enough for us, just as I think exactly the same of Bruce, Hughes, Robson, Strachan, and many others former players who’ve tried their hands at management.

Records are irrelevant, progress is what matters. If you can see progress in our results, team formations, tactics etc then your glass must be overflowing with optimism.

Liking the team setup tonight. Gives fresh legs a run and chance to show their worth like Henderson. Cavani I assume isn't fully fit as yet to lead or is being saved for the weekend exertions?

Cavani not played since feb or something ,going to take time to get him up
To full match fitness although he’s a fit chap.

This is a discussion thread on Manchester United, not the OGS Fan Club so discussions about the manager's worth, or not, is what you'll find. Just like the ones on Mourinho on the Spurs thread, Lampard on Chelsea, Klopp on Liverpool etc etc.

Quite how Unident getting behind the team on this thread is going to help OGS and United is beyond me.

We look completely lost tactically, always the same against a low block. God knows what the coaches are doing about this because it has been like this for years.

I’ve said it before on here and I’ll say it again. Ole just isn’t good enough tactically and we look like a team who haven’t played together before with no game plan or structure. The players are just wandering about not knowing where anyone else is and with zero movement. Garbage.
