Do we reckon we'll get one more surprise signing ala AOC or Jota this window?

I let my superior intelligence come across in my posts, rather than mentioning it anywhere.

If we do, which I would think is unlikely right now, my guess is that would be dependent on selling on a few more players. Neco, Phillips and possibly Ox. I am not sure what the value in holding onto Ox really is - he didn't play a single game in the last 3 months of the season and when he did play before, he was largely ineffective. We are already carrying Curtis to some extent who will be given time.

I don't think so, personally. All the noises are "we're done" from various journalists so I guess that's that. Ox will be useful experienced midfield cover, I guess and will do a job - probably more in the cups? I doubt Klopp will try and use him in an attacking midfield role again - that didn't seem to work too well.

Jay Spearing is back at Liverpool, in other news. Under 18s coach and "occasional over age player for the U-21s". Seems this is the first step in what he hopes will be a management career.

I don't think we are holding on to him, he has a contract so it's his call.

The news report I read about that very quickly underlined how he wasn't anywhere near getting game time in the first 11. hehe

Genuinely thought he was a regular starter. Well that's ruined my day.

Looks like Kelleher will stay on as No.2 rather than going out on loan:

Be interesting to keep tabs on him at Crawley, to see how he gets on:

Does this mean Spurs have the top 3 divers in world football?

That's quite an achievement,for Spurs.

They should go for that other little rodent who plays for Everton and then they will have the top 4.

He's not really a striker in all honesty, he plays out wide but can play as a striker if needed.

Also not many Everton players have scored 15 goals in a season for a while (sadly). I also think he's better than Spurs' level, he won fk all with us and will win fk all with them

I predict he’ll win a lot more of the matches he plays in
