5 or 10 years ago a bad result on a Saturday morning would have ruined my weekend.

Now with kids you're forced to forget about it and crack on. A blessing in that sense (among others obviously)

It is not the top 6 teams that are our problem

It feels like we're unable to get the right frame of mind against lower opposition. There are no easy games in the PL anymore.

I always remember it being a bit like that under Brendan Rodgers as well. Agree that the "so called" lesser teams are even better now though.

Not a great start to the day… went to fit a door this morning and couldn’t get in to the property (deadbolt isn’t clearing)… now have to faff about sorting locksmiths.

Last night, Wifey told me she has to go to the US on business next week… we were going to Sevilla for a few days… lost the Airbnb money.

Hopefully not an omen for the rest of the day... bad news come is 3’s and all that.

At least we know who to blame now. Well volunteered.

12.30 kick off
Away
Likely in that horrid kit.

We’re going out for lunch to avoid it.

Keita injured again after scoring on international duty. Likely to have played his last game for Liverpool. A complete flop, one of the very few under Koop.

Would you mind hammering your thumb before kick off, or a nasty paper cut?

At least there's no danger at all of bringing him on from the bench. Fortunately pretty much everyone is fit again.

If we don't now, you can share the blame with Chris.

Meh. I think we're going to make the Utd match look like a close win.

Just did an hour on my peloton to try and pull a muscle or give myself a heart attack… unfortunately I’m still here.
