I think Germany will improve over the tournament as they tend to. Definitely not ruled them out for the late stages of the tournament.

Great game that ,gotta love 6 goals .

The predictometer at 1-1 came up with a final score of 3-2 without specifying a winner .

Close , no cigar .

Best game so far. Very good chance Germany will finish 2nd in the group, so England winning their group may not be optimal...

England winning their group is never going to end well. It will be one of France, Germany or Portugal.

We need a very tepid 0-0 draw on Tue and let the Czechs deal with that particular problem. Problem there is we would need a conservative manager to neuter all our attacking talent.....oh, hold on scratchchin

Don't forget, though, if England finish second and win their last-16 game, they'll play the winner of the game that involves the winner of the France/Germany/Portugal game. We might actually be better off finishing 3rd

I think we would then play the winner of B, C or E. Most likely Belgium, Netherlands or Spain.
I'd take finishing second and playing Sweden or Slovakia in the last 16 although there's no certainty in any of these things of course.

Crikey, and to think someone slated the Scots earlier in the thread for celebrating a draw !!

If it's given as offside, can VAR overrule it?

Quick at making that decision considering how tight it was. The premier league would be looking at that for 5 minutes.

English VAR would have taken 5 minutes to disallow allow that .

Wow, Spain finally realise that if you have a shot you might score.

Off topic.

Juventus are trying to sign Morata ?

Pundits at the back end of the season were blaming him and others for Juventus' failure to win a tenth consecutive Scudetto .

The Spanish seem to have something wrong with their balance.

They do seem to go over at the smallest perturbation.

Glad the Poles have scored but I thought he’d leaned on the defender too much really.

Finally.

Thought an immediate goal was incoming from Spa though.

Come on Poland.
