Yep Burnley will play for a draw which is rubbish for us.

Plus we never seem to have energy for these early games.

I'm predicting a very slow and frustrating game. I just hope we can do enough to nick a 1-0.

Burnley don't have to go for it, they've got a game in hand over Leeds, so I think they will turn up with a game plan of trying not to lose rather than trying to win, which will be a problem for us. I think it will be a close game, hoping for a 1-0 Spurs win.
So just like every other Burnley game then hehe

They have won 3 of their 4 under Jackson - I'm not sure if he can set them and get them playing the same way as Dyche?

We need an early goal as it will get harder the longer the game goes on.

Oh FFS! BT have Glen Huddle being a miserable sod on commentary. 90 mins of how spurs are terrible coming up...

Depressingly predictable first half. Middle of the park too crowded and our wingbacks aren't good enough to do anything from the wings.

Conte needs to change something or this won't end well.

In a world of soft penalties, that's probably only second to the CL final in 2019. Got to feel for Burnley there, that's a bit embarrassing.

Agreed, but in the modern game you're at risk with your arms out wide. We've had enough given against us like that. Ask Dier

Watching on I'm baffled as to why his arm was so high. That did appear to me to be an unnatural position giving the ref no choice. I thought Thursdays penalty was softer to be honest.

Yep, clear penalty nowadays, you can’t have your arms out like that - especially in the box.

Sill, with that penalty, Harry Kane becomes the first Premier League player in history to score 70 goals on two different days of the week.

Burnley have just brought on a 35 year old who was in the Tottenham team last time it won a trophy.
