Not now obviously. They need another 30hours of rest.

We visibly looked done in for the last 30mins, not surprising really. Now and again it's good to see a result ground out, we'd have lost that game a year ago. Looks like Emerson could be doubtful for next week, still we have replacements...........oh wait a minute

Just got home. Fortunate pen but we'll take that.
Them's the rules now.Just the same as the Sissoko CL pen wouldn't have been a pen in the CL or PL this year

Pen was soft.

Was always going to be a crappy game today. All that mattered was the points.

As I said earlier last game of the midweek first game of the weekend is pretty much unprecedented with a squad as small as ours I couldn’t have given a monkeys how we got the points we just needed to get them.

By far the best result of the day though was that the Tottenham chefs realising that brown sauce is the only true accompaniment to breakfast food.

We really are down to the bones now. One positive ... Sessegnon has had a run and taken his chance. He looks well worth keeping now. Not sure about any of the other wingbacks, though Doherty and even Emerson have actually improved a lot under Conte.

A thread traditional "just got back"

Scrappy game but one that'll live long in my memory as it was my boys first game.

As others have said, soft peno but the points were all that mattered.

Great to see the squad with their families, although looked like Dier was daddy day care with about 6 kids.

Now we all become Newcastle fans for the day...

Not going to post the link but saw a nasty Nazi salute from a Burnley fan today.

Never good to see.

Blimey, no wonder he's had off games. We probably need to stick him in the hotel an extra day so he can get some sleep before games

Can we bung Norwich so they let son score 2 or 3 and Harry 7 or 8 so they get the Golden boot shared? biggrin
