In Arsenal's case they backed a manager who cut out the cancer of Aubamayang and have gone from strength to strength.
We still have the likes of Lo Celso and N'Dombele on the books. We've got players in our first 11 that Poch signed.
All the time we have an ownership that refuses to cut losses, and signs prospects regardless of the managers or director of footballs intentions we're going to have a problem.

But in Utd's case they went from Moyes, to LVG, to Mourinho, to Ole, to Ralf and spent hundreds of millions in the process of backing each one.

I think the aftermath of the Ferguson era hung over that club for a long time. Not a problem Spurs have.

No one with any ability is going to take the Spurs job, other than purely for the money.

Feels quite unusual for Conte's backroom staff to be remaining in place, although I suppose the results under Stellini can't be argued with.
