So Hag. Recently he’s won a noddy cup and a Dutch league title. That’s it. I know it’s Man U and he’s puffing his chest out but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s another Rangnick. Talks well, but ultimately no metal? Are you really that excited by him?
How come you’re in here. Don’t you all live in the Liverpool thread pretending they’re not as good as you?

Has a very similar record as Klopp and he has done alright.

Sack him.
Then chop his balls off.
Name him.
Then parade him at Old Trafford for our 1st home game next season.

You’ll be keeping the balls I assume?

As a City fan, I was quite impressed by ten Hag's press conference, he reminds me a bit of of Pep and won't put up with any st. Shape up or ship out.

Seems like a nice guy too.

I hope he improves things, but it's not going to be overnight.

Issue with any stadium rebuild from scratch is where would United play? Cities ground? Wembley? Can’t see either being a possibility.

You've just set up an open goal there for mentioning United fans and playing at Wembley but I'm not going there!! hehe

They own a lot of the land immediately around OT, so it may not be an issue

Nope. But his press conference had more than a whiff of Rangnick about it. I guess we will see in 6 months smile

Did United won the CL last season then ?, City and PSG are still trying despite billions spend.

And since when does Ten Hag talk well ?

He just likes the challenge of building, from working with a lesser team than he had at Ajax to a team that can win something again.

It can be built at 90 degrees to the current ground and be done without touching OT. Would leave room for something else to be built, like a small stadium for the women's and U23's team smile

I'm expecting him to be a strong leader and to be ruthless with players out if they don't play how he wants. I don't think you'll find any realistic United fan that doesn't accept that it's going to be at least 3 years before we're around challenging again and that's if we make good signings etc.

Imo there is a lot of change going on for the better and the club is heading in a good direction but only time will tell smile

A clear out of the dross and bringing in signings that will improve the first team immediately alongside ensuring performances and results on the pitch are visibly improving - Christmas.

Winning the Europa League next season.

A return to the champions league via league position even if the above happens. Again next season

Challenging for the title by his third season. A domestic cup before then wouldn’t hurt.
