Rangers must be the favourites to win the Europa league now. It just goes to show, you don’t need to spend 100s of millions on a squad to do well in Europe, just a pact with the devil or something
It's great to see Rangers in European final again, however a team like Rangers has no chance in the Champions Leaque.

That's the reality,
The reality is it's only a very rich owner away.
Not if you are Man City or PSG smile
Rich owners are not interested in investing 100's of millions (let alone billions) in the French*/Dutch/Portugese/Belgium/Scottish etc. leaques.

  • PSG excluded.

Great job by Rangers. They had me a wee bit concerned when Nkunku scored and RB had that dominant spell, but overall a well deserved win.

Rangers got their tactics spot on again. I did think Liepzig would win, but Rangers got on top of them for much of the game.

That was the best game I’ve ever been too, tears of joy everywhere, a special atmosphere that was just uncomparable to anything I’ve ever witnessed. Rangers played amazingly, tried to play when they could and turned it into a scrap when Leipzig were on top. Everyone of those players put in a superhuman shift and got the job done. Extremely proud and on top of the world right now.

This was a mammoth result, Rangers once again defy all the odds and get to a European final.
The atmosphere in Ibrox was unlike any game I have been at.

All of Scotland will be so proud of the team.

Gio got the tactics spot on again, even with a raft of top players missing.

It will be another tough night in Seville but hopefully with most of our big-name players
back we will rise to the occasion and bring the cup home.

Wow, what an incredible game. Last night had everything, the emotion of the Jimmy Bell tribute, coming from behind against a bigger team and then having to dig out a winner. The atmosphere was out of this world and most impressively sustained from before kick off until after the game. Gio got the tactics spot on and the players stuck to the task and worked incredibly hard to get the result. To do it with such a depleted squad adds to the achievement.

To be fair, as a Celtic supporters who is delighted for Rangers and Scottish football, I suspect I am in a minority and its not always bigots who won't support another team. Not many Man Utd fans, or City fans will be cheering Liverpool will they...and not many Rangers fans cheered Celtic in 2003!! I'm just not invested enough in the club, countries or religions to give to much of a $hit....

This has made my flight jam packed. Plenty seats beforehand. Now my holidays sold out everyday up to 2 weeks before the 18th haha. So iv now managed to book a holiday to Spain, with a flight thatll be filled to the brim with rangers fans. I will be keeping being a celtic fan secret but it'll be an enjoyable experience watching the maniacs singing on the planes and filling the bars. They'll have a cracking time and so will I tbh. If rangers can win this, then surely celtic can win a Knockout game lol ffs. One day.

Will have to not cheer if the other team score to avoid being knocked out haha but I do think rangers are more or less guaranteed to win now.

It was quite a fun game earlier. Hearts came out very fast and Celtic turned up for a stroll in the park. Hearts scored their goal and had the best of the game for 10-15 minutes. Once Celtic got into gear it was only a question of how many goals.

Finishing is definitely something that needs worked on. For all the goal difference and winning is there, the amount of big chances missed is too much.

Dundee all but gone now. They aren't swinging that difference around. Charlie Adam will be all over social media again this week with his assist for the first goal.

It doesn't sound as the other games were up to much with not much to play for.

Sounds like the Scottish Football Writers’ Association (SFWA) awards ceremony last night didn’t distinguish itself.

I was trying to find all of what was said, but can only see some snippets.

You'd think after a number of incidents this year that it would have clicked that racist, homophobic and sexist comments wouldn't go down well.

What a fantastic League win after the worst of starts for Ange and his Celtic team.

They gave The Rangers a massive head start, but clawed it back and won it with a game to spare and a huge goal difference.

Hopefully they can get some fresh blood in to make a dent in the Champions league.

To start the season in complete disarray, play half the season lacking a first eleven, a ridiculous injury list and the title still looking inevitable for months is impressive. It should have been more comfortable than it was.

I half agreed with Tam Courts tonight. His team didn't merit 3 points tonight, but Celtic are by far the best team in the league.

I assume there is money to spend and players will develop. There is still the question of Jota and CCV will stay. I think Celtic will struggle to keep either player.

Congratulations to Celtic.

All the games looked as if they were an end of a season nothing to play for.

Aberdeen and Hibs fans must be really disappointed. There isn't any signs of improvement which is worrying.

St Johnstone winning means all meaningful positions are settled.

Rangers won their game with ease. I'm surprised with the last home game of a potentially successful season how empty the stadium was late on.

Well played Celtic and the manager in particular - from where the club and team were in early September it’s remarkable the turnaround. One day Ange might get a full strength team on the pitch at the same time - hope that’s in the CL, but next season might be a year too soon for this team. Hope there is enough money to keep Jota and CCV, maybe even see Julien again one day.
