Well clearly Selles is not the man for the full time job with that disgusting abomination of a starting lineup.
He certainly looks like a football manager...

A proper 6 pointer on Saturday.
A win would see us starting to breath a little better but a loss would mean for me that the game is over

It shows how much enthusiasm I have for this season that I couldn't tell you who we play without having to look it up.

The club fixture list is so comprehensive that even tomorrow's match shows TBD and only two matches are actally shown. The cup apart that is.

I saw you had posted and decided I'd watch MOTD before reading it. We are of the same opinion and my only question is - will W-P stay in the second division or take the money and run?

I was just thinking. From memory the year we won the cup we were already in the second division. So all we are doing is precipitating things.biglaughbiglaugh

Would he be as good outside of Saints? Does the fact we are crap make him look better than he is? I wouldn't blame him for leaving.

Two down one to go. Out of the League Cup, out of the FA (I wonder what that stands for in this instance?) Cup, and now well and truly haddocked and there only remains to be relegated. I tried to commit suicide, the gun fired, and I missed. Only a Southampton supporter could manage that.

I know how you feel LD, I often get the urge to go to the top of a tall building and toss myself off.

Well according to Graham Potter, Southampton are a well organised stable team so it's no surprise the outplayed us at the Bridge. So Christ knows what that makes Grimsby. Real Madrid on Humber, obviously.

Honestly I think Saints are going down this year, but in some ways all the things that don't work in the Prem are going to make them Barcelona in the Championship.

Lots of young talent, good mix of skill players and dependale experience - it just doesnt quite work against Premier league quality teams at the moment, and there isn't the residual talent to stumble through managerial chaos.

Except against our billion-dollar waste of footballers wearing blue.

You'll go down, duff up Stoke, Hull, Coventry and Millwall, and be back with a more settled winning mentality that doesn't expect to lose every week.

We deserve nothing and we are going down. Ignore those who don’t watch us regularly who say we are too good to go down or Rodgers is too good a manager to have us down the bottom, he’s useless. We are overachieving by being where we are in the league, we create the least chances and usually finish the few we do create.

Goodluck for the rest of the season.
