The guy's great and can we have him next at Chelsea
Hands off! However, in terms of the Derby "spy gate", I'm actually surprised no journalist seems to have challenged Frank Lampard about the methods adopted by Jose Mourinho at Chelsea. Andre Villas Boas has admitted he and other members of the Mourinho back room staff were often sent to observe the training sessions of opponents and as that was regularly done incognito isn't that spying? Frankie was quite happy to be part of a team that benefited from that process but now seems to regard what Bielsa last week did as some sort of heinous crime - bit hypocritical wouldn't you say?
Mr Lampard alleged that the Leeds "spy" used cutters to cut through the fence to gain entry. That's an allegation of a criminal offence (potentially trespass, criminal damage or breaking and entering) and, if it is without any basis, is slanderous and libellous. Derbyshire police have said they spoke to the person but didn't enter the training ground...
Its doing a great job of unifying the squad, supporters and management!

They said on 5 Live today that the 'Spy' was found with some cutters. Even though the police found nothing on him. Its doing a great job of unifying the squad, supporters and management!
The media just don't like Leeds.

I like Leeds...
I like Leeds too, I miss having the battles like the 1970 cup final where 'men were men !'. I miss having them around at the top table as Chelsea v Leeds always has more of an occasion and edge to it than maybe Burnley/Huddersfield ( no offence to those 2 who do very well with their resources in the modern-money era). The premier league also needs managers like Bielsa monty999 said:

Berardi just limped out of the U23 game and went down the tunnel with the physio... Was meant to play 90. Not great. Need cover now for sure.
That's bad news. I've always been concerned our relatively small squad would struggle to cope with injuries and suspensions and it seems you can add to that loss of form as players like Klich and Ayling - who were excellent earlier in the season - have dipped away of late. I realise it's not always easy to add quality in the January window but if Bielsa thinks we've got all the playing resources we need - and isn't interested in adding to what we've got - I can only hope he's right..... Won't happen. Palace bid £3m which was ridiculous.
If Uncle Ken was still about he’d have sold him for that in a hearbeat. Thankfully the old prick is long gone and Rads seems smart enough to not sell talented young players for next to nothing. JNW1 said:

Heck of a save from the new goalie. He is no goalie-god, but it is good to have options there. So considerate of the 2 teams just behind us to play against each other and draw. Convenient that other chasing teams are still in the FA cup and have replays too. I can't help think that if we had a decent finisher, we'd be 10 more points in front.

I think you're right and potentially I reckon we actually have that decent finisher already in the form of Bamford. Unfortunately he's been injured virtually all season but rumours are he's close to being fit again and if that's correct - and he can stay that way until May - it could give us a real boost IMO. giblet said:
Shambolic from Swansea. Daniel James deal blocked by them, despite him wanting the move ans passing the medical. Seems the deal was agreed but they then bailed out. Tossers
Actually feel more sorry for the player than anything else; he clearly wanted the move, comes all the way to Yorkshire for a medical, passes it, then sits around for hours only to be told Swansea haven't responded to any of the calls from Leeds and the deal's off. Rumours are he won't sign any new contract offered by Swansea and after the way they treated him yesterday I'm not surprised! From a playing point of view, though, was he what we needed? We've got Clarke and Harrison so to be honest I'm not sure missing out on James will be that much of a loss....
