General theme is the same whatever you read - disappointed to concede a very late goal as everything pointed toward us getting a well deserved win. Hopefully things even out across the season with things like that and the late Fulham OG etc...

Spurs next which I think will have a very similar feel to Bournemouth - another draw would suit me before a win vs Burnley. Just a shame we don't play Man Utd until January....

Aye in terms of the start it's probably encouraging that on the one hand we should maybe have a few more points, but in the other, the points we have are fairly good going in view of the opposition we've played. I think the trick is to get yourself to a points total where the pressure is off. We did that in our 1st season back last time and the pressure being off certainly helped up get those great results against the big sides later on the season.

Felt we should have probably had something out of the game today but we've a poor record against Spurs and sadly that continued. They perhaps carried more of a threat in the final third but it was a relatively close game overall and for me a draw would have been a fairer result - sadly not to be though!

Burnley and then West Ham after the international break and I think we really need to be looking to take at least four points from those two games - anything less and I suspect the relegation places will suddenly be looming large.

Didn't expect to win tbh, however I think our performance was very good. If we play like that every time I think we will be fine over the season.

Likewise. I’ve been very impressed, on the whole, with how we’ve done so far.

Having slept on both the performance and the result it's hard to be that annoyed, love the fight we are showing and Arsenal aside no one has blown us away. Two deflected goals is tough.

Okafor seems to be getting used to the pace of the Prem, I don't know what we do about BA though, he's a headless chicken - how long is Willy out for?

I think we could have played another 90 mins and still not scored. We need a decent Jan transfer window IMO or we are in trouble.

Edit - in spite of what I said up ^^^^^

Didn't see any of the game today but that's a disappointing result and if we fail to beat West Ham on Friday I can see the pressure starting mounting on Farke. Claiming we were the better side having failed to take the points is becoming a regular post-match theme but in a results driven business will only cut it for so long...

Farke is done! He thinks he is manager of Stat FC!
I couldn't care less about all thdse stats that seem to be important!
The only one that matters from yesterday is the stat showing we lost 2.0 to an awful burnley side.

Absolutely toothless in attack, playing aaronson and harrison in 2025 is beyond a joke! Stryk awful with bijol sat watching on bench!

Leeds are relegated while ever Farke picks those type of players.

I really want Farke to succeed but you're right, some of his team selections are strange. Burnley's first goal on Saturday was a free header from not much more than six yards out but, as you say, the central defender we bought to counter that sort of thing (Bijol) continues to sit on the bench - not sure he's even featured in a Premier League game so far, never mind started one?

And I don't really understand the continued faith placed in Aaronson either. He's knocked off the ball far too easily and doesn't make up for that with his contribution in front of goal - he should have buried the chance he had against Burnley in the first half but tried to side-foot it in and gave their keeper the chance to make a save. Maybe Farke's been sticking with him because the likes of James and Gnonto have been injured but for me he struggles at PL level and isn't someone who should be making the starting line-up every week.

I saw some of the West Ham match last night and in truth they deserved to be beaten by a lot more than 2-0. I therefore think Friday's a big game for us - if we can't beat that struggling Hammers team at Elland Road the alarm bells will be starting to ring...

Well we managed to beat the Hammers but made hard work of it; all got a bit unnecessarily nervy towards the end but we got the points which is what mattered. We'll face much tougher tests than West Ham though - as on Monday against Brentford I thought they were poor and we should have probably been more than two ahead by the time they scored.

Farke is clueless if he thought the first half was chaotic and not good but the second half was controlled and better!
Literally hanging on at the end to scrape a 2.1 win against the worst side you will see in the Premier league this season! Who actually dominated 30 minutes of the second half till the final whistle!

Even West ham fans were happy with a 2.1 defeat which tells you everything.

Our abysmal record at Brighton continues and to be honest we can't have any complaints today. In the first 15 or 20 minutes you'd have thought it was us that had played the extra game in midweek as they were all over us - and then just when we seemed to be establishing some sort of foothold in the match they scored their second and it was game over.

Once again we had no cutting edge in the final third and in truth we never really looked like scoring in the 80 minutes or so I saw - it looks like we did at least manage a couple shots on target in the last 10 minutes but I'd given up and headed out to take the dogs for a walk by then!

Have to say after 10 games the alarm bells are starting to ring with me - we were far from convincing against a poor West Ham side the last time out and a combination of shipping goals at one end whilst being unable to score at the other will only end one way. Forest away a week tomorrow feels like a game we need to get something out of but I can't say I'm exactly brimming with confidence...

Farke out! The man is clueless! He actually said today we bossed possession and had more corners!
Oh thats nice, when we're losing 3.0! Didn't have a shot on target till the 90th minute and only 1 shot off target in the 89 minutes before that! Abysmal!

Make the change now to give us a chance as by Christmas our relegation will have been confirmed.
