It was a great sporting moment ...

How much percentage-wise was a) winning the title and b) stopping Utd winning it in that fashion ... ?
I’d be lying if the sight of Fergie ushering off his team at Sunderland doesn’t still make me smile smile

I feel so sorry for Arsenal fans. They e a manager who can’t see what’s in front of him and blames everyone but himself
It wasn’t offside and it was a penalty.

Im all for kicking the gooners while they are down, its one of my favorite pastimes but come on it wasnt a pen and was offside.. that said who cares, you could and would have scored at will...and it was @rse so who actually does care..

It was a penalty with out a doubt (maybe less so than the earlier Sterling push).
The offside is a bit more debatable but in live action it was a very fine decision.
Arsenal were dissapointing tbh. They deserved nothing out of the game.

Live in action it looked like he was an absolute mile off...the fact that the replay only had him off by half a yard was quite surprising.

Half a boot from my eyes.
Arsenal were still fairly toothless though.
The only credit is that they didn’t collapse under the onslaught but kept on trying, although some of them seemed to be losing it a bit.
Their manager is a disgrace saying Sterling dived.

Yes, I do have it on me this morning a bit wink

offside by some margin. video ref would have taken all of 3 seconds to decide so.

pen was a pen, and wouldn't even be debated if it wasn't sterling.

Never by some margin. Hardly matters though. City were miles better in every department.
A different class altogether and that is why Arsenal lost.

Just back from the game and, although I know I’m biased, City are playing some mesmerising football right now.
The “champions of England” tried but there was a massive gulf in class.
Totally awesome smile

The “champions of England” did it with a first eleven that cost £25 million.
Your starting eleven today cost circa £360 million. So well done, but have some perspective.
You are totally awesome though - De Bruyne rightfully given an ovation by the LCFC fans. We know what we are watching!

Sorry Jack, you’ve missed the point.
The “champions of England” refers to the thread title on this forum which the mods haven’t seemed fit to change yet to Chelsea despite several requests.

As a foxes fan I didn't feel upset losing to that team on Saturday, was some beautiful football and nice to see your team hungry for the ball no matter where on the pitch it was. Was like watching a skilled version of our title winning team lol you coukd of at least given us hope untill after half time though lol

Thank you. It was one of those games where the action was always at the end I wasn’t!
We were pitch side by the corner flag and in the first half it was all around your goal and in the 2nd half Leicester were forced to push up into our half so the action was nearly always a long way from us!
The tricky thing for opposition defence is that we break fast, passes are accurate and anyone can score. Must be a nightmare to defend against!

As an aside though, the Leicester stewards really look after disabled fans and are a credit to the club.

Well I’m watching it on telly and I guess a lot do.

Plus it has thinned out a lot in the last 5 minutes, which is a shame for the lightweights.
