Priorities for the summer? Well, try to get Peanuts. He, along with Jelly, have spiced it up a great deal. If getting Rodwell better, I reckon we should sell. He seems too injury prone, then spend on a replacement for Cahill.

He really plays well for you guys.
Yup , another master stoke of management from the future England manager , thought Fellaini was terrific today

No, Peanuts is rubbish, I thought we had already cleared that up? As for the Big Fella, he plays like that most weeks. Not the most graceful to watch, but he is a hell of a player, hence his 15mill price tag when we got him, (I almost fell over when I heard we had 15 mill to spend on one player). The whole team played well. Distin had Valencia covered pretty well for most of the match, Hibbert played superbly again, (our little stalwart), and got some great crosses in during the game, and Jelavic seems to be bargain of the year. Top scorer and he only joined in January. It just shows how much we have needed a solid, week in, week out striker.

One thing which is pleasing is the stats for the game;

For a club who has feck all money, and dwindling resources, to have stats like that against the top club in the land is very good to read.

Neither can I. I genuinely think this is the inclusion of Gibson, Jelly, and Peanuts to the squad. Difference is night and day with these guys playing.

As it stands

Do you fancy finishing the season above them?

Would be nice, but I'd rather be going to Wembley again. To be honest, this is our usual post new year push up the table, and we pretty much have the same points now as we did last year at the same point. It's not a case of us getting better, more them getting worse, to be honest. I'm happier that we seem to have a good striker who could get a good tally next year.

Still buzzing.

Jelly's header. cloud9
Nani's deft chip, sublime
Marijuana 'ave it!' Fellani
The play up to Peanuts goal. Luvverly

Highlight of the season for me, that game.

Something someone just emailed to me...

Of all of Jelavic's goals, 9 in total, every single one was one touch. Not a touch to control at all. Each and every one of them has been his first touch. I think that's pretty impressive.

How much do you want for him? He'd look good in red & white! hehe

I will be over the moon if we get Piennar back, I think we'd be booking our seats at Wembley if he hadn't been cup tied, he is that important to us, God knows what happened at Spurs. My chief concern is that Felli will go this summer, he would fit into any one of the top sides and I just can't see us rejecting a strong bid. Maybe we could swap him for Messi?

What's happening with him?

A warrant was issued this morning for a driving ban.

That'll teach him to score at OT.....

Hope our new manager finds a role for him , great player sorely under used at Tottenham

You ain't getting him back, so there. I'm not sure he'd want to go back, would he, certainly not after his first stint.

No , he's still a Spurs player , Why would we want to give our better players to our competitors , unless of course your name is Harry Redknapp ,

If the Hollywood haggis is worth £8m then pienaar is certainly worth a bit more , regardless of the price we paid for him .

I would rather him stay & bring the big haired fellow with him

Here's one for you lads, as an exiled blue living in the midlands I get force fed Villa (been to a handful of games this season) and one player who has really impressed me is Marc Albrighton. Could we start a pointless, hopeless, desperate 'who will we buy' thread?

I will start with Albrighton, Piennarr and Kuyt.
