They went looking for it and got it
But some of the refereeing was very one sided.
Yes I'm biased but is this all fixed?

Didn't see anything particularly biased watching as a neutral apart from that yellow that was not given for the pullback in the first half.

Some of the refereeing was a bit dubious at times but can’t argue with the pen.

Anyway, such is life.

Onwards.

Aye. Cheer up, we didn’t lose. We’ve still got a chance.

Can’t help but think we need to be more clever in the dying minutes. Gordon tries an ambitious pass to Tonali and loses possession with a minute to go. Just see it out FFS.

Aye, onwards.

Anyway, massive props tonight for Hall and Ramsey. Huge performances from them both.

Tonali and Willock get a yellow card for grabbing a shirt, they do the same but worse, throwing players to the ground, bundling them off the ball yet just a free kick.

I have no words. So, so disappointing.

Very proud of the performance nonetheless, and the atmosphere seemed excellent.

We seem to follow a good performance with a crap one so no doubt we'll get bummed by Chelsea then hopefully a fighting performance next week.

FFS we cannot stop conceding just after we score, I have become expectant of it happening and have become imune.
The ref let them get away with lots of fouls were our players were fouled but stayed upright so advantage was played, not once did he come back and book them later, also manged to find time after the extra time for whatever reason.

In fairness, a one goal buffer was never going to change the task next week. The last-minute nature of their goal tonight stings but, we'd still have to turn up and turn out a performance at their place.

After all the ste this season has thrown up, I didn't imagine we'd be gutted at a score draw against Barca.

What a fked up season it has been.

Very true, one goal is nothing if we were three goals ahead it would make one much more optimistic.

Last night felt like a loss as we were so close, but that's the story of our season isn't it. 11 points lost from winning positions this season. We'd be 5th!

Still, being positive, a draw against Barca isn't anything to be ashamed about, and on top of that, we deserved more. By far the better team. If only we could close out games. HWTL!
