My gut feeling is that he won’t survive this season and will be sacked, or will resign. It wouldn’t surprise me if potential replacements aren’t being assessed already. I think it’s OK to love Eddie, but accept that a change of direction is needed. There is already the indication of a mass overhaul of the team, and I think the manager will be part of that. Hard to get excited about the names being touted around though.
Well put it this way, if he stays, and our form carries on like it has, then we're likely to go down next season. That sounds a bit melodramatic, but the fact is, we've been utter s
te since we won the Cup last year, so it's not impossible. I have a huge amount of respect for Eddie, but for me, I think he needs to go. Only concern I have is that, as usual, we're going to procrastinate and then be in competition with I don't know how many clubs for managers this summer - like a repeat of the player situation last summer, but with managers instead.

I m hoping we have learnt our lesson with Isak and at least attempt to get stuff done early on. Certainly sounds like Gordon wants out, and if the rumours are to be believed he wants it sorted before the World Cup. Not sure I ll be too sad when he goes tbh.
I won't be sad if he goes as he has not given 100% this season for sure, I think the world cup and possibly a transfer has been on his mind so his mindset is not to get injured.Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
