Not seen as yet, but seen the result. A point from two down is always a point won.

Also 5 points from those three first fixtures? There s not one of us who wouldn t have taken that a couple of weeks ago.
Yep, that was a let-off today. A decent point. Atmosphere a bit lacking in the ground I thought.

Absolutely we'd have taken it.

Last season, we'd have folded, shipping 4 goals and only scoring once...

Oh, wait, we did just that!

We've shown character today.

Young, new side. Errors are to be expected.

As long as they learn from them.

Ref seems blind to the pushing and pulling of shirts and as they game goes on more is being ignored by the ref, hope the day comes when they penalize pulling of shirts in the box.

Velcro panels.

If he wasn’t pulling my shirt ref why is it in his hand?

I’m annoyed that I didn’t know we were playing down here tonight. It’s 15 minutes on the train, and I’d have liked to have gone.

Thank God for that, not the greatest but a win and on to the next round.

A win is a win, innit?

Never easy going to places like that, early in the season. Proper banana skins at times.

Getting ridiculous at times, ref finally penalised them around 85th min but that wrestle to the ground of Schar (he did have the offender around his neck briefly and a few mins later got him in the throat as retaliation IIRC) was unbelievable. Yet Ramsey gets a yellow and hardly touched the opponent, in fact pulled away from contact.

Was a hard watch at times, not convinced by Hico G but Pardo looks like he could be worth the money. Botman inconsistent, Tino needs game practice and Hall pretty solid, Barnes played well as did Murphy who was prepared to have a go and still get some excellent long distance crosses too.

I'm convinced by Nico G. I don't think he's world class, but he's hit the ground running, accepts the ball well, makes space for himself allowing us to play out from the back. He'll only get better, I'm sure. I'm happy for Willock, he seems like he's got a bit of confidence about him now. Barnes had a good game, Hall brilliant as usual, Wissa looks uo for the fight as well. Was great to see Tino back as well.

We definitely lack quality in the final third, but it's there individually. Let's hope the players gel together. We have the makings of a team. 5 games down, still unbeaten. I'll take that.

Just read that Barca haven’t paid for Gordon and won’t make the first payment until June next year!

They’ve asked to delay it for their cash flow/ffp purposes.

Frankly I don’t care if that helps us, allegedly it does, but it stinks. Seems that we have to sell, but others in the club can buy outside of the rules with little to no sanction, even in Europe.

What the fk is it the point?

fking mental if true. The whole FFP / PSR / SCR construct, while having some logical sense somewhere in its premise, is so poorly implemented and regulated that it fails at anything other than preventing healthy competition.

It stands to reason that we've agreed to it so it must be beneficial to us in one way or another. Maybe we've added an Admin fee for the privilege!
