Ryan Hedges about to leave Yeovil and go to Barnsley.
Rumours abound that Owain Jones is coming our way now. Sure Legend gave me a heads up on that youngster a while ago.
PS You can have Shephard back, he's broken.
Owain Jones is a very promising player who hasn't had much game time in the U23s recently due to the emergence of Dan James.Rumours abound that Owain Jones is coming our way now. Sure Legend gave me a heads up on that youngster a while ago.

Think he'll do a good job for you if he comes.

Martin Olsson in from Norwich for £5m.
This screams of a Jenkins signing.
But at least it hopefully means the end of Taylor as our default starting LB.
Well he scored a decent goal against Leicester. Tidy! This screams of a Jenkins signing.

Things appear to be looking up again. I know it's too soon to crow about it, but there seems to be some degree of hunger, confidence, and optimism in the squad again.
I haven't yet been to a game at The Liberty, nor have I been to an away game since Souza was at QPR. That season I think I saw the QPR and Watford away games in the Championship, and an FA cup replay at Fulham. So it's 8 years since I saw the Swans play except on TV and usually it's just highlights on MotD. Oh, and there was a PSF at Farnborough a couple of years ago. I think that counts as a live game, although I wore a Farnborough shirt for the first half, and a Swansea shirt for the second.
Even four points is beginning to look like a gap above the relegation zone. And if the confidence keeps growing, it'll be easier to beat the teams around us in the bottom half, which lets be honest is where the biggest gains are to be made. It's early days yet, but if Paul Clement keeps up this 50% win rate he'll be right up there with Jackett, Martinez, and Rodgers who all delivered promotions and/or silverware.
Fingers crossed that this is the start of an upward trajectory. Sad that those three points might have been nails in the coffins of Ranieri and Leicester City, as I'd rather have nicked them off a few other clubs, but you can't pick and choose where and when to claim the points. I'm certainly more upbeat about the prospects of Premier League survival after the last few games...
Thankfully this time justice was served, courtesy of Llorente's head.
An excellent Swansea performance, so far as I could see from the MotD highlights. And it looks like there's plenty more where that came from. I've no idea what Paul Clement has been doing differently, but given the poor results under Guidolin and Bradley he certainly looks like an inspired appointment.

One of those games where on another day it would have been 5-0.An excellent Swansea performance, so far as I could see from the MotD highlights. A brilliant performance all-round.

Signed late last night, Legend!!
Great stuff, keep us posted on how he gets on Liam Shephard improved since my last critique on him but as said before, he wasn't a patch on Connor Roberts last season. Doubt he will be back.
