And if a more reliable engine and stronger diff do not mke it a better drivers what does........weight reduction? biggrin
Are you serious? You think basically the same engine and diff but which are apparently stronger (they last longer, they dont do anything better) makes for a better drivers car but losing 200kgs does not? I think you are being a bit silly there.

I am only going by my own experience of enjoyment and that of anyone i have spoken of about it as well as apparently Vixpy at SRR and Simon at JGM.

Obviously i would expect the owner of a newer car to try to argue for his corner but surely you could at least give a better reason why you think it drives better than just alleged reliability.

I am talking like for like here, wrx vs wrx, sti vs sti etc, I suppose the closest thing to a spec c would be a 22b.

I've owned a 22B, always found myself driving the P1 though....persnal opinion and I enjoyed it more.

I now own a track Catalunya, P1 and Blob Eye STI. Best of them is the P1, nothing drives like it!

If you REALLY wanted a car that won't lose value....find a MINT low mileage Classic Series McRae wink
