clearly not Doooomeed with the level of funding they have had, and a 'KFC' that will bring the punters in, just to temper the excitement though "The review provides no timeline or budget for the complex’s construction, or estimates of any jobs created" So a great concept which may or may not happen. They're not allowed to launch into space from there or they'll get a $25 fine apparently. That's what I read anyway.
The new launch site is being built at Boca Chica, Texas - down on the Gulf of Mexico.
