Apologies if this already has a thread on here.

Documentary/movie released today in the US. Being shown in IMAX theatres. Looks incredible.

Not sure of a UK release. Hope it comes soon. Will take a trip to London to see this at IMAX when it arrives over here.

Anyone else hoping to see this?

Yes I'd like to see it on the big screen.

Here's a preview / review of it:

I've read a couple of reviews which suggest it is very good. I'm hoping to see it as well.

I saw this on IMAX in Canaveral and was so blown away I started a thread on it:

Blueray and download released tomorrow as well, but I would urge once again anyone interested to see it on a really big screen. It's pretty much worth the entry price to see the opening shot:

I'm struggling to see much info online on the UK release.

Would anyone know if this would have a general release in the UK, or just IMAX, or just specialist IMAX?

I would love to see it, thanks for the heads-up.

Great. Do you know how long it's being shown there for?

I was wondering when this would appear on our shores.

It should be pointed out that is the short version and not the cinematic release.

Are there two versions then?

Yes, there is the full cinematic version which is 90 minutes, and a shorter version which I believe is going to be shown in schools and museums and suchlike, which I think is 48 minutes.

Is there a UK release date for the longer version?

See my post above, looks like it is coming to Cineworld at the end of June.

I had a look at Vue (my local cinema is a Vue) but nothing. There is a Cineworld in Aldershot so I might go along if it turns up there.

It is indeed. Was it the shorter version you saw?

Yes.

I'll go to the longer one when it comes out too.
