Which just goes to show how bad many aspects of Hi-Vis Jobsworth H&S has become when stuff like this isn't fact checked. The NHS one above for example, they think the flashpoint is the same as the autoignition point, when there's hundreds of degrees between them.National Fire Chiefs Council have put NHS Property Services in their place.

I left a half full bottle in the small change square on the center console of my car the other day when it was 34c outside, the bottle has deformed and taken the shape of the rectangular pocket at the bottom of the bottle and the top has ballooned outwards.
