MOT advice

Hello PHers, i have a LH drive car fitted at the moment with european headlights, will the car pass an MOT with lens blanks fitted to the headlamps or will i need to change the headlights first?

They're OK providing they don't affect the brightness of the beam and they make them kick up to the left.
