The rear view mirror on my 1 series (10 plate) has fallen off my windscreen. Tried to refix but failed.
Auto Glass refused to sort as they hadn’t repaired, dealer want to replace windscreen.
Can any friendly windscreen expert repair.
Will travel 50 mile radius of Central Scotland

You could give Premier Windscreens Edinburgh a call and see if they can help. They carry out all types of repairs and replacements and they even carry out the calibration of the cameras built into the rear view mirrors. They do a brilliant job.

Massive thanks to MGIRL and Glassman for your help.

BMW Stirling will get no more business from us, their attitude is disgusting.

Euro Windsceens Stirling were helpful on the phone but didn't come up with the goods.

Finally managed to get the mirror reattached by Premier Windscreens Edinburgh. I phoned on Friday and they reattached the mrror on Monday, just gone.
No fuss, prompt quick service and very reasonable price.

So after 4 months off the road the car is back on the road.
