Should you be worried..... Gi' yer 'ed a shake man! No, just get the tracking done, what is there to be worried about?

You've got 7 minutes more toe-in than specified, which is a pretty trivial amount given the amount of flex in a typical FWD front suspension. The other 'red flags' are all either at the limit of the spec and arguably should be shown as 'green', or are basically reporting the same toe-in alignment issue.

Whatever problem you expect the alignment adjustment to resolve is probably not actually going to be affected by a 7 minute change to the toe-in.

That's more toe than I'd want on top of the already excessive OE settings.

Left tyre is pointing right, right tyre pointing left. Albeit not ny much, I'd get it done.
