Euro car parts web page problem ?

More of an IT problem really...
Past few weeks I cant load the Euro car parts web page properly on my old tablet of old computer.

I just get lots of text lines across the screen. No colours or graphics, its not laid out like it should be. Cant log on etc.

Do I need some newer operating system or web browser now ?

Used my son's new PC last night and it worked fine.
My IT equipment must be way out of date
