Was that the m6/65 junction a few days ago? That big American rig recovered me from Lancaster a few years ago, actually pretty tiny in the cab, and with no limiter or tacho as he demonstrated blasting past all other hgv’s whilst towing my unit plus trailer!

Nothing more than a recommendation for purfleet truck wash, I've used them all around here and these are miles Infront of the rest. Decent food and parking and they actually clean the truck not just rub a brush over it and run it through the rollers, they'll even do tyre shine if you pay for it.

A slight 'cheat' as I had to park my 'cab' at Aberdeen airport and take a distinctly uncommercial hire car.

It was worth it, even though I did actually run out of road!
