Employment/decent Agencies Herts, Beds, Bucks, Cambs area?

Hi all, not a forum I usually frequent but I'm trying to help my brother out.
He was made redundant on Monday due to financial cock ups with the owner of the company he was working for (they've had to sell 2 tractor units and can't maintain another) and is now in need of a new role.
He's been HGV1 for 5 years and HGV2 for 2 years prior to that, mainly general haulage ranging from pallets through to general curtain side transit and what I guess is the usual HGV fare. His license is totally clean as well.
He lives near Henlow in Beds so anything reasonably close to there for the depot would be great but ideally after any recommendations or tips for companies trying to source drivers or decent agencies.
He's 2 young kids so I'm gutted to see him out of work and want to help out in any way I can
