No driver cpc needed

No legal requirement to remove fifth wheel - that was needed under old HGV laws pre 1991

If GVW is plated at over 7500 then it MAY come under full EU tacho regs unless an exemption is there = to my mind it is exempt because it is not carrying GOODS

If GVW over 7500 then LGV C needed
If GVW plated at 7500 or lower then LGV C1 needed

No operator licence needed

Some councils have bylaws about parking vehicles over 3500 in residential streets so check on that

Surprised no one has mentioned PHGV road tax, cheaper than PLG! Go figure.
