Van Security

Last night some scumbags tried to get into my week old Iveco Daily van by stabbing my nice new paintwork just under handle on rear doors. Got scared off when neighbour heard the alarm (we sleep at the back) and turned on her lights.
Any suggestions on additional security it has no windows but does have twin side loading doors
