Increase performance of 2.5td Peugeot Boxer Motorhome needed

SIMPLE QUESTION !!! 2.5td Boxer, no ecu ? 1998, 61K miles, need to tow, so need much better low/midrange torque, only got 108 bhp, so must be tons of excess power available without extra strain on internals, any Diesel expterpts can steer me to get 20-30% gain in hp ? OVER TO THE EXPERTS.
