I don't think Andy has posted on here for a while but I think things are getting interesting at the Red Victor camp at the moment and there may be another world record attempt on the horizon.

Would you like to know more?

Theres no maybe about the record.

Andy is 100% determined to get it back.

The car has been fully rebuilt, with new intake and loads more engine.

The car went a PB at its first shakedown meeting, 6.3@234 mph.

Andy now needs the funds to get the car out to Bahrain, where :

The track is prepped to the standard the car needs to go fast
The weather is guaranteed
Shane T (THE TUNER) is already there for E Kanoo racing
The ability to repeatedly test the car to get the data required.

Im sure he will be along soon to explain better, but this car WILL do the business on a track sooner rather than later.

If Andy attempts the record after September I may be able to witness the attempts as I will be next to the drag strip with the Bahrain Superbike Championship.

Exciting times ahead.

Unfortunately the tree didn't run for the last run. However they are still tuning and tuning. Frosty is back again for the next round, so watch this space.

They're running RV3 out there right now for round 4 smile The track is surprisingly wet at the moment though, so everything is having to be readjusted.

There's going to be a fundraiser next month (April 22) at a venue near Frosty's garage. If you are interested in going please drop him a line (or otherwise contact me and I'll pass the details on).

I realise this may be old news to some, but what has actually happened whilst out on tour?

Well, the sorry sack of crap heads didn't hold up, but not until we'd done 21 hits at the track, and took the 2950lb car from a 4.25 @180mph to a 4.09 @ 191mph in the 1/8th and a broke at the 1000ft 6.27 at 200 mph in the 1/4.
Couple of vids below. Car/truck are resident in Bahrain. Engine and trans on their way back. We will throw the heads away and start again...

Andy, you really are a stubborn brit..........and I have deep respect for that.

Raising the bar to top level and not giving up in achieving your goal.

Since I am not on fb and will not attend the BBQ, how can I give a little support ?

There once was a bank account that I could use, is that still active ?
