Oh wise PH collective!

I am looking at getting a decent inverter for the camper, currently I have just the solo 115a/h battery but this will be switched into a dual 115a/h setup, ideally looking for an invertor to power a coffee machine (ideally a tassimo but a nespresso type machine is fine) her ladyships straighteners and on the odd occasion a microwave or toaster.

From what I have read I am probably looking for a 2kW plus pure sine inverter, any advance on this? Any gotchas I should be aware of? Pretty sure we will decimate the batteries pretty quickly but this isnt the end of the world we are rarely without EHU or a genny (where permitted) and the batteries charge via a rather fancy Stirling B2B charger when we are going along

Can't help on the inverter other than...

Add up your numbers and double check our ohms law calculatons.
Use the right thickness of cable
Keep the cable runs short to prevent loss
If you discharge a normal led acid it will not hold a charge, consider a deep cycle or gel replacement
