Reading the 110 in a 50 thread. someone said that the registered keeper gets the fine and six points if driver not disclosed

so my granny is 90 and still has a licence but doesnt drive, my car that i use all the time is 'registered' in her name i pay the insurance as the 'owner' and has any driver ins

OR my son who is 13 is the RK ditto

or My company is the RK

Would they get points, grannies, of course will be on her licence but IIRC my sone would have to wait until he get a licence at 17 to have them put on, but what about the Company points... lets say is was a normal 38 in a 30 offence..no warp speeds involved

Hypothetical/ theory/thumb twiddling time question only

They don't get "the fine and points"; they get prosecuted by the CPS which potentially results in a criminal record and a hefty (four figure) fine plus court costs.

But to answer the question, I don't think there's a minimum age for being registered keeper of a car.
