I’d be interested to see how you get on at the uk circuits. Quite a few seem to be clamping down on where and when you can stay actually on site. Few guys moaning that donnington make you stay night before outside circuit and the local site it very expensive, and very small pitches with nowhere for the trailers.
Are other circuits more friendly?

Just had a chuckle looking at the pictures again, the kitchen in your MoHo is about the same size as ours at home!
That kitchen is 3 times the size of mine in my reasonably sized 2 bed flat.Well done that man.

I've been kind of toying with an American RV over a European motorhome. However, I want to go touring and they are probably not ideal for that in Europe. For OP's purpose though - they have got to be close to ideal.

Petrol
OP, I may have missed this, is yours petrol or diesel?

Far better than expected! For perspective, my E46 M3 is only giving me 29mpg on a fairly steady cruise so given the size of this gargantuan beast, and towing, it's positively economical!
What's the deal with filling it up, do you have to look for filling stations with massive forecourts? This would completely swamp the three nearest to my house.
You pick them very tactfully...What's the deal with filling it up, do you have to look for filling stations with massive forecourts? This would completely swamp the three nearest to my house.
Height is fine for 95% of standard car canopies.
Length isn't an issue, you're just the dhead taking up 2 or 3 pumps in a row (but on another side I need a petrol pump at the front to fill the Genny, and a diesel at the side to fill the main tank. But also car pumps are slow and really the HGV diesel pump is where you want to be.
Access in and out is way more important, beware the u turn round the side of the forecourt to double back to an exit etc...

Now here's a thing, as part of the Caterham Circus, the tracks are pretty reasonable with the clowns being in town. Are other circuits more friendly?
The Donnington security guard is famous already for say 'you stay outside'.
To add to the complications, at 37ft + trailer we are too long even unhitched for 95% of the usual caravan sites. However, blend right in at truck stops. Aided by the Scannia lower front clip for stealth...
A little update.
Turns out servicing these American buggers isn't so easy. It's been in for a service and MOT for over a month now, through no fault of the specialist involved, it takes forever to find the right spares. And then have them shipped over. In this instance an air bag for the front suspension, which is of course all imperial threads and so on due to 'MERICA...
Not a problem, just a watch out.
Now I've got to do the first race of the season from the '87 defender.... Which is going to be a lot less fun!

Id say a warning in general for anything this big is that trying to get the thing serviced anywhere approaching “normal” places for 90% of people is a bit of an undertaking.Turns out servicing these American buggers isn't so easy. I found with my 9m, 6t Concorde that it took you into the territory of backyard lorry maintenance places which aren’t always the friendliest / most deliverable in terms of their approach to the timing you’d like your truck repaired within. Even for a Sprinter base, few of them had the correct Mercedes diagnostics to do anything more than the fitting side of things. Most Mercedes’ specialists were car specialists and the thing was so big it wouldn’t go in any of their units.
It’s not at all that it’s impossible but definitely things to consider when owning something this big.

Yup - it is interesting seeing the number of MHs that are being built on Peugeot chasis at the moment because they are cheaper than the equivalent Fiat unit. Fiat however have a network of "Professional" garages that can get a MH up in the air for servicing etc. I don't think that many Peugeot dealers have the same lift facilities...I found with my 9m, 6t Concorde that it took you into the territory of backyard lorry maintenance places which aren’t always the friendliest / most deliverable in terms of their approach to the timing you’d like your truck repaired within.
